Quick answers
- How do I create or join a club?
- Create one from the Create tab, or from the Clubs tab. To join an existing club, open the invite a member shares — a link, a QR code, or a five-character join code.
- How do I RSVP to a game?
- Open the game from your Home screen or from the club's games, and tap Accept. If the game is already full you're placed on the waitlist, and when someone cancels the next person in line is moved in automatically.
- How do I delete my account?
- Tap your avatar on Home to open your profile, scroll to the account rows at the bottom, and tap Delete Account. It removes your profile, your club and group memberships, your RSVPs, your messages, your match rows and your photos, permanently. Results already submitted to DUPR stay with DUPR — Pikel cannot withdraw them. You can also email support@pikel.app to request deletion.
- How does round robin scoring work?
- Scores are entered after each game. Pikel tracks wins, losses and point differential and keeps the standings up to date as the night goes on.
- I found a bug. How do I report it?
- Email support@pikel.app with a description of the issue, your device model, and the app version. Screenshots help.
- Is pikel available on Android?
- Yes — Pikel is on both iPhone and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.
