pikel is the free app that runs local pickleball: open play, round robins, leagues, tournaments and the chat around them.
Why we play
Most pickleball still runs on a group chat, a spreadsheet and a whiteboard by the net. The organizer redraws the rotation every time someone drops out, and answers the same question twenty times before the first serve.
Players can't tell whether tonight's game is full until they ask. Friends and family can't follow the score unless they're standing courtside.
pikel removes those chores. Less admin around the game means more games actually get played.
