We collect the following information when you use the app:

• Account information: Name, email address, profile photo (optional)
• Usage data: Game participation, scores, club memberships
• Messages: Chat messages you send within clubs and games
• Device information: Device type, OS version, push notification tokens
• Analytics: Anonymous app usage patterns via Firebase Analytics (no advertising ID collected)

2. How we use your information

• To provide and maintain the app's features
• To send push notifications about games, RSVPs, and messages
• To display your profile and game history to other club members
• To improve the app based on anonymous usage analytics

3. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared only with:

• Other users: Your profile name, photo, and game participation are visible to members of clubs you join
• Service providers: Supabase (database/auth), Firebase (analytics), Apple (push notifications)

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store passwords directly -- authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with Apple Sign In and Google Sign In.

5. Your rights

• Access: You can view all your data within the app
• Deletion: You can delete your account from app settings, which removes all personal data
• Data export: Contact us to request an export of your data

6. Children's privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. IDFA and tracking

We do not collect the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). We do not track users across other apps or websites. No App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown because we do not perform tracking.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
