By downloading or using the Pikel app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Pikel is a mobile application for organizing games, managing clubs, running round robin formats, and coordinating with other players. The service is provided by Plyvo Apps LLC.
Pikel is intended for users aged 13 and older. By creating an account, signing in, or using the app in any way, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. This representation is a material term of these Terms of Service.
If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will disable the account and delete the associated personal data in accordance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and any other applicable laws. If you believe a user is under 13, please contact us at support@pikel.app and we will investigate promptly.
By continuing to use Pikel, you reaffirm that you meet this age requirement.
You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree not to use the app to harass, abuse, or harm other users; post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts; or interfere with the operation of the service.
You retain ownership of content you create (messages, game results, profile information). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the app to other users as intended by the features you use.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for injuries sustained during games organized through the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis — class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.
Exceptions: Either party may (a) bring claims in small claims court if eligible, or (b) seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
