Video walkthrough coming soonWe're filming a step-by-step video for this guide. Follow the steps below in the meantime.

Linking your club to DUPR turns your regular round robins and games into rated play — every result can count toward your members' ratings, not just the tournaments they travel for. It's a two-minute admin setup, and it's one of the fastest ways to make weekly play feel like it matters. Here's how to do it and what changes once it's live.

Before you start

Two things make this smooth:

If you're not sure whether your club is DUPR-registered yet, set that up with DUPR first — it's the prerequisite for everything below.

Step 1 — Open your club settings

From your club, open its settings. This is the admin control panel for the club: roles, members, invites, and integrations all live here. Look for the DUPR linking option — because it's an admin action, it only appears if you have the right role.

Step 2 — Link the club to DUPR

Choose to link DUPR and connect your club's DUPR account. Pikel handles the connection behind the scenes; you just confirm you're tying this Pikel club to that DUPR club. Once it's connected, your club is set up to report rated play.

Step 3 — Have members link their own DUPR

The club link is one half of the equation. Each player also links their personal DUPR account — a two-tap step they do from their own profile, or during onboarding when they join. (Our What Is DUPR guide walks players through it.)

Once both the club and the player are linked, the pieces connect: a rated game between two linked players reports to DUPR without anyone lifting a finger.

Step 4 — Play rated games

With the club linked and members connected, your rated round robins and matches sync to DUPR with one tap. Submit after each match and ratings update — your members build a real record from the games they already play every week. One-tap DUPR sync after every match — the club-wide version.

Pro tip

Make the club link the first thing you do after creating the club, then nudge members to link their own accounts before your next session — a quick message in the club chat does it. The value compounds: the more members who've linked, the more of your weekly games count as rated, and the more reason players have to keep showing up.

Frequently asked questions

Who can link a club to DUPR?

Club admins. Linking DUPR is an admin action in club settings — owners, admins, and co-hosts can do it. Regular members don't see the option, and don't need to; they just link their own DUPR account from their profile.

What do members need to do after the club is linked?

Each member links their personal DUPR account from their profile. Once both the club and the player are linked, scores from rated games sync to DUPR with one tap after each match.

Does linking the club change existing member ratings?

No. Linking the club connects your club's rated play to DUPR going forward. Each player's rating still comes from their own match history — the club link just makes sure your games get reported.

Can I unlink DUPR later?

Yes. The DUPR link lives in club settings and is managed by admins, so you stay in control of whether your club's rated play reports to DUPR.
